Lion Server Administration: resetting a forgotten password

Is there a way to do this? I cannot seem to remember this password and (obviously) need to continue to manage my server. Any help will be MUCH appreciated ;)

Using Lion Server on a MacMini, OS version 10.7.4 (server).
