Iphone 5 got wet, still working, should i get a replacement for A$269 or keep using?

I accidentally got water into my one-week-old iphone5, which i kept in a bag with silica beads until i went to genius bar. the genius had a look and told me that the top liquid alarm has gone off while the two at the bottom are fine, but she wasnt sure how far the water had spread. Apparently the phone is working alright at the moment so i was offered a replacement at A$269 or keep using it until it stops working one day then only go back for a replacement

So, should i stick with this phone which might drop dead anytime or should i take the offer?

Please advise
