Apps Crashing! Ahh!

So I've had this issue in the past few days where all of my apps are crashing except for bitesms and phone. Even bitesms is crashing some. Most apps crash immediately on launch, camera causes the phone to immediately respring. I'm running 5.1.1 on an iPhone 4S. I have not installed anything new in cydia in quite a while, so I have no idea what is causing the issue.
Does anyone have any recommendations as to what I should do? Do I HAVE to restore and install iOS 6? Or is there a way I can restore to 5.1.1 and rejailbreak? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!!
