My Xbox360 Controller wont work

i have downloaded the driver, i run iMac OS X Version 10.8.2///Build: 12C60///SN #: D25H6054DMW8

i downloaded the driver 0.11//(minor tweaks)

when i try to connect it all it says is no devices found.

please help.
