Need a streaming video copier other than Download Helper. Any suggestions?

I'm a technology teacher and I need to show my students several lynda.com videos but the wifi in my classroom is too weak. I used to use the Firefox plug-in Download Helper at home, then copy those files to my flash drive to show at school, but apparently lynda.com has installed a defeat for it. My students really need this service. Please help. Thanks.
